Welcome
to Greenfield Village in Mesa Arizona, an active 55+ retirement
community. Greenfield Village is situated just west of the
majestic Superstition Mountains. Our ammenities are exceptional with
a wide variety of activities of active clubs,
organizations, as well as planned special events
by our on site Activity Director. Our volunteerism is highly valued where
residents are involved in many activities while keeping the park safe, clean,
secure and cost efficient.

The community operations are governed by a seven (7) member,
elected, Board of Directors. All of our buildings, grounds and
facilities are owned, in common, by our resident owners and maintained
by the Association. Together they maintain the governing
documents as well as the rules and regulations of the Resort through
monthly Board of Directors meetings open to the membership of the
community.
Greenfield Village is a community of 793 home units with
several palm trees and a wealth of amenities and recreational
activities. The first phase of Greenfield Village was opened
in 1984. Further expansion soon followed bringing the park
to it's present configuration. Greenfield Village is one of the few
parks in the valley where one can not only own their homes but also the
land. Real Estate may be bought and sold through
our park's realtor, or privately by homeowners themselves.
