Venture In Realty manages and offers
both Park Models and RV lots for rent in this beautiful Active
Adult Resort. Each is privately owned and uniquely decorated,
and must meet our high standards. All properties are rented
for a minimum of one month, with the exception of our
off-season incentives.
All Park Models
have:
1 Bedroom with linens
1 Bath w/ shower (most
have tubs)
Living room Fully equipped kitchen with
appliances, cookware and dishes
Patio or Deck Covered
parking
Some have additional features like Arizona
Rooms, Washer and Dryer, Shed
Rates vary from $1500-$2300 per month plus tax
during the season, depending on the amenities.
RV Lots
RV
lots are available for your winter vacation! All lots have
concrete or gravel pads and driveways. Water and sewer are
included. Electricity is available but not included in the
rent. Many lots include sheds, concrete patios and awnings.
Lots range from $550 to $750 plus tax, during the season, or
some are available for a discounted annual rate.
