The Ceramic Club was started in the 1980s shortly after Greenfield Village was formed. It has been a very active club throughout the years. Ceramics, as it was in the ’80s has evolved with new paints and new methods. We have added a pottery wheel (for those interested in throwing), Raku and Sagar, along with clay building to our activities.  Although we do not have a full-time instructor, we are fortunate to have Accredited members in our Club who offer advice to both our new and older members.

Specialty classes are added each Season for a nominal fee. Even if you have never painted before, it’s not too late.

Come and enjoy the camaraderie and create some beautiful works of art. Have a peek at some of the member’s projects in the Display Case in the General Office. New members' are always welcome. Stop by and see some of our artists at work and what we have to offer.

Ceramic Club meetings are the first Tuesday of each month from Noon to 1:00 PM in the Ceramics Room. Bring your lunch and join us.

Stop in the Ceramic Room for more information on times and special classes.
